He was very very nasty to them. I never forgot the humiliation I saw on their faces as one of his minions closed the door in their face. Never forgot it.

Brilliant artlice!

What is scarier is blacks really may not be understanding how they will now surely be left behind. Frankly, the joke is on blacks. The schools underperforming are in predominantly low income and/or black segregated populations. Charter schools do not help. They have already labeled so many black students ESE. Who really is going to want to teach in these schools knowing the notorious reputation they have for underperformance on standardized tests, behavior issues and parent apathy? Get real? There is not a teacher in Florida willing to risk their family lifestyle on this population. The black middle and upper income class will do fine. We always have mainly because we are largely ignored. However, the lower income blacks (the food stamp free and reduced lunch crowd) are going to literally be on the outside looking in wandering what happened because I suspsect they are going to cut transportation soon too. They are building more prisons and they already have names on the beds. The economic and racial divide is going to get wider.

Frankly, anyone not afraid must have their head in the sand.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
